Material Specification

§  Motor Starters:
Various types are integrated, including Direct-On-Line (DOL), Star-Delta, soft starters, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

§  Protection Devices:
Includes circuit breakers (MCBs/MCCBs), contactors, and overload relays to protect motors and circuits from faults like short circuits, overloads, and single phasing.

§  Busbars:
High conductivity Electrolytic Grade Aluminium Or Copper busbars,usually color-coded(RYB-N) With heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves.  

§  Control & Monitoring:
May include push buttons, indicator lights, ammeters, voltmeters, and, for intelligent MCCs, integrated PLCs and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for real-time monitoring and automation.

§  Cable Entry:
Provisions for cable entry are usually at the top or bottom of the panel, with ample space for termination and glands.

Floor-mounting, free-standing, metal-clad construction is standard.

Typically made of mild steel or galvanized steel, with a powder-coated finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

Available in fixed-type (components permanently mounted) and draw-out type (units easily removable for maintenance without full system shutdown).
